Teniendo en cuenta que el demandante no evidenció yerro, olvido o arbitrariedad en la providencia cuestionada y que incurrió en una falta de motivación, la Sala Plena de la Corporación decidió RECHAZAR, por improcedente, el recurso impetrado.

RECHAZAR, por improcedente, el recurso de súplica interpuesto por José Amado López Malaver en contra del auto de 16 de agosto de 2023, por medio del cual el magistrado Antonio José Lizarazo Ocampo rechazó la demanda de inconstitucionalidad en contra del artículo 9 (parcial) de la Ley 130 de 1994.
- Segundo. Contra esta providencia no procede recurso alguno.
